Designul lui Nokia E75 este nou pentru Nokia, punand accent pe tastatura slide QWERTY. Ecranul este si el mare, contribuind la o utilizare usoara a telefonului. Telefonul este disponibil in trei culori: negru, rosu si maro deschis. Pentru constructia partii frontale a dispozitivului, Nokia a ales metalul, ceea ce ii da un aspect elegant si stilat.
